Dr. Juillerat is an associate professor of biology at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Her other areas of expertise are science education and instructional design. Dr. Juillerat has recently created a professional development workshop for high school biology teachers. This workshop has been published in Making Outreach Visible: A Workbook Documenting Professional Service and Outreach.
